Thanks for joining the Men’s Intimacy Blueprint waitlist.

This work exists because I’m increasingly concerned for men.

We’re living in a loneliness epidemic, and men are being hit especially hard — often isolated, disconnected, and carrying things they don’t have language or space for.

 

In my clinical work, I was overflowing. Again and again, I saw the same patterns: men trying to function, perform, and hold it together, while quietly feeling lost, numb, or alone underneath.

Men’s Intimacy Blueprint is growing directly out of that concern.

I’m building it as a grounded, science-based protocol to help men understand what’s actually happening — in the nervous system, in emotions, in desire, and in relationships — and to move beyond surface advice into real, embodied change.

Think of MIB as a kind of safe haven — not for fixing yourself, but for making sense of yourself. For understanding your inner world more clearly, so there’s more capacity for intimacy, connection, and presence in your life.

You don’t need to do anything right now.
You don’t need to prepare or perform.
